How to Get the Most From Your Candle

To ensure you enjoy the full experience of our handcrafted candles, follow these simple care guidelines:

  1. First burn: Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges (approximately 2-3 hours) to prevent tunneling.
  2. Trim the wick: Before each lighting, trim your wick to 1/4 inch to prevent smoking and ensure an even burn.
  3. Burn time: Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to preserve the scent and extend its life.
  4. Extinguish properly: Use a snuffer or wick dipper instead of blowing out the flame to prevent smoke and wax splatter.

With proper care, our candles provide 50+ hours of clean, aromatic burning time.
